Meerschaum Pipe Restorers Please Chime In !

Okay, I received a New block Meerschaum that has a vertical crack in the bowl and goes through to the outside of the face. I am thinking this pipe is done for, and cannot be fixed. I have heard of liquid meerschaum.Any Meerschaum pipe restores please let me know if it could be fixed with liquid Meerschaum.I will post photos of it in a few days.Thanks-leaf

Why not contact Briarville? They do meerschaum restorations and can probably answer your question.

I, too, would get a refund. As far as I (a meerschaum collector) know, there isn't a way to repair a cracked one. I've never heard of "liquid meerschaum."
