The 9mm tenon doesn't screw in to the shank anymore, Im wondering if I can glue it back in. Can I use super glue or is there a better way to do this?

I doubt cyno can handle the torque, and epoxy might be too permanent. If the threads are loose, try a wrap of Teflon plumber's tape to tighten the fit.
I tried the Teflon tape on the male threads but I think the threads in the mortise are stripped out. It holds a little tighter now but not enough to keep it from being pulled out.
