I love the stuff. $55 a tin isn’t a bad price if you compare it to a 5 pack of middle of the road cigars

I still have a reasonable supply of Red Ribbon - including 5 tins of the 2000 crop - so even if I had seem this in time, I would not have pulled the trigger. I do enjoy it a lot, and would be happy to have more, but I refuse to go chasing after discontinued blends at premium prices.

Yeh, I don't think that this drop was meant to be for those who already love this blend or McClellands. It was most likely for those who would be paying about $150 to try it for the first time.

I was wondering when this goldmine would be found. They found that box of maybe around 80 tins of 2000 Red Ribbon back in August, it had been sitting at 70 or so in stock for months.

I kept expecting it drop rapidly and suddenly a huge influx to show up on PipeStud's for three times as much.

I always got a kick out of ordering from McCranie's. Only place I knew where I'd place the order, send the check, and they'd send the order out immediately without waiting for the check. That honor system made you feel good.

Man, that tripped me out when I first ordered from them. Gave me a new respect for them.
