McCranie’s in Charlotte

My son works in Charlotte and I was excited to receive a McCranie’s paneled billiard (”Adria”) made for McCranie’s by Ser Jacopo, as a Christmas gift today, along with some McCranie blends and pipe socks, an ashtray, and some stamped pocket humidors. McCranie’s is a tobacconist icon, much like Iwan Ries & Co. in Chicago and L.J. Peretti in Boston, and it’s cool to add some of their merch to my collection.

I've smoked an awful lot of Red Ribbon and Murdock's Pipe. Got some RR in rotation now - the 2008 crop.

Was in there today. Enjoyed sitting at the counter and trying some of their great aromatic blends. Highly recommended and they have a website.
