I have so many tin dated 2008 and the question was whether it would be better to put everything in the glass jars

Exposing the tobacco to air at this point creates an unkown, because you will interrupt the aging process. Better to leave it. Regardless... that tin looks perfectly fine. I've opened fresh tins of recent blends and seen about the same. I think that you may be overthinking it.
