I didn’t stay long at that job. Two days I think.
Well, there’s more to the story and it’s kinda funny. We were to report to work at 5:00 am so the delivery trucks could be loaded and ready to go by 8:00 am. For some reason the supervisor called my house at 4:50 am, woke up my wife and asked her where I was. I was in the parking lot ready to walk in. My wife told her she didn’t know where I was and that she better not f’ing call again at that time of the morning and hung up on her. This was pre cell phone days when you could slam a phone down with authority. You go girl! Anyway, my supervisor never said anything about it, but she hounded me all day. My wife told me about it when I got home. I didn’t show the next morning and the supervisor never called 🤣

Their egg drop soup and BBQ spare ribs are usually pretty good, though.
Haha, man, Campisi’s on Mockingbird Lane in Dallas has a big honkin sign out front that proudly proclaims them the be an “Egyptian” restaurant. For “Egyptians”, they sure do make some fine Sicilian and Italian food!

These were my favorites, down to the last box.

Loved them in the UK, turned lighting up a bowl each time into a little ceremony. Didn't like the way they surrendered to the anti smoking pressure groups by removing
'The Smokers Match'
banner from the boxes before Woke was even a thing other than waking up after sleeping. I always wondered how many non smokers carried a box of Swan Vestas around with them🙄
