I think you just caught Warren in an uncharacteristically bilious mood. A friendlier reproval would have been more representative of the atmosphere here, especially in recognition of the proliferation of phones and tablets, which make using caps a PITA.
In any event, I think most of us warmly welcome anyone with an interest in gourmet tobacco; and I, for one, am glad you decided to begin posting.

Agreed. Welcome to the Forums. Thanks for posting this as it has encouraged me to look into some of the info posted by others on this subject! Would love to hear more.

Warren is a good guy, one of the folks that makes this place the great forum that it is. You just caught him being himself, off his meds, before his monthly check arrived, at an off moment. It happens frequently, all too often, when the moon is full, right before his meeting, to the best of us.

I used to smoke his blends all the time. Not inexpensive, but in my opinion, definitely worth it. I've sent emails and messages via their Facebook page - no response.

I have not had any luck with emails either. The website allows you to make orders but, if I cannot get a hold of someone, I feel hesitant about sending money.

I sympathize with Warren's view. In my take on it, the question is not the rules exclusively, but wanting to present thoughts of quality for the convenience of the reader. This is civility. Deniz also makes a good point, which is that if there is quality to the content, the form takes secondary importance.

Yes, these are the blends I was referring to. So far i have enjoyed both Grandpa's and WOZ. Although aromatics, they are certainly enjoyable. I would like to experiment with some of the english blends concocted by Steven but, mixed by Bill years after Steven has left. I wanted to know peoples thoughts on these blends and if it was worth pursuing Steven or his daughter in order to find the real deal.

I found "the real deal" to be clearly superior to Rich's.
