Mike promotly replaced a couple of 100g Rattrays tins that were crushed in shipment. They shipped me Dunhill DNR instead of Davidoff FM last year and I chose to buy the DNRs also because they had 2011 dates. Despite a couple mishaps I am very happy with the customer service and continue to purchase from Mars.
