Reading about briars and its mystic abilities to change or improve taste is fascinating.

I'm not feeling the love for it yet, unfortunately.
I will let some dry out a little more and give it another go tomorrow evening. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice mellow English blend but I was expecting a little more in the flavour complexity department. I was expecting more than the slight wisp of latakia I detected, too.
