Making some traditional english roasted potatoes!

Just learned how to do this from a friend from england. I cant wait to see how they turn out, when he made them they were Delicious.

Oh btw these are more or less fried/baked potatoes, almost like a giant french fry

I would have taken pics, but my phone is dead an I have no charger lol. They came out great, they didnt last very long

My recipe is a bit different, actually came from an english friend. Some of the best potatoes ever

I've really gotten into them quite a bit in the last year myself. If you can do it, roast them in duck fat. Takes an awesome dish to an entirely new level.
