It looks to have been engraved/etched, not stamped, which implies an aspiring hobbiest instead of an established carver.

Easy answer:

Ping Jesse at Blue Room. If he listed it he'll definitely know what he took in to sell (or re-sell).

Also, if the logo is laser-etched (it could be, now that you mention it) that would reduce the number of possible makers by a LOT. Those gadgets are spendy and take up a lot of shop space.

Speaking of Jesse, the whole pipe photo looks like something he could have made. (The button is distinctive, and that's his bamboo technique). If the pipe in the logo is supposed to be a "J", it would be a hella coincidence. Hmmm...
