I, as well as many others, insist that Bullseye flake be aged at least a year before it starts to come in to its own. 4-5 years is optimal, but at least a year. The Virginias taste very "young" to me, anyway.

After trying the PS flakes, I ordered 3 or 4 boxes of each on sale. It remains to be seen if any of it will last long enough to "age".

That's a nice assortment. Several of those I like a lot. I haven't tried the Chocolate Truffle or the Arango Balkan (adding that one to my list right now!). I'm assuming that you're a newish pipe smoker, vokaa. If so, don't be surprised if there are some of these you don't like. If fact, I'd be surprised if you DID like all of them. Don't toss them. Your tastes will probably change and expand. You might find that you like that Chocolate Truffle next spring. The flakes you have are tasty, but they can be a little more difficult to pack and smoke properly. I nearly tossed my tin of Escudo Navy DeLuxe that I bought a couple of months after starting smoking, thinking it tasted like I imagined cigarettes must taste. Now, it's one of my favorites only 18 months later.
Put them in glass jars. Although it's best to store each one separately, I generally keep my 1 oz samples in the bags they came in and toss similar blends into a common jar. For example, all your VA and VAPer flakes should be fine in a single jar. I wouldn't worry about putting your two aromatics in the same jar, either. It's only one ounce.

That's a nice looking buffet.
I don't know what some of those are, or how to go about smoking flakes, but it does look good.
