+1, the instant I saw the title of this post I instantly favorited it knowing it would be a hoot! The law of Entropy definatley applies here my friend, the government originally was never designed to be more than a bank in order to protect the people from the problems they had in England, now our government is pretty much a perfect model of England's government before it collapsed when you look at it in economic and sociological terms.

I still can’t believe this out of date, poorly run "business" is still around. I use anyone else but them if given the option no matter the cost. My UPS guy delivers all the way to 7 at night. USPS is an outdated service that needs to go the way of the pony express.

We here in the U.S.A. don't know just how good we have it. $80 for a 50g tin is obscene!
All of a sudden I don't feel quite as bad paying $50 for a 50g tin in Canada. Although, both $50 & $80 are obscene prices to pay for a tin, IMHO.

Well I did a trade for stonehaven awhile back with one of the guys on the forum in Canada and got some really nice "tea bags" in the mail. Marlin Flake tea, escudo tea, really tasty :wink:

Hawk +1, I also disagree with the Gov. telling me I have to wear a helmet, even though its smart, telling me I can't smoke on a.... and what kind of insurance I have to buy. But whatever comes into the country...have at it.

@zonomo
hey hawk60ce - with all due respect sir, i dont agree that just because you have nothing to hide, you dont mind if your constitutional rights are violated (innocent until proven guilty).
How would my rights be violated? Its not my constitutional right to use the USPS, its a priviledge. I dont have to use the USPS. I chose to knowing the possibility of doing so. This goes along with the TSA at the airport, guess what, if you dont like it, dont fly. In this case, I dont feel like my rights were violated. Would i be pissed if it was ripped up? Hell Yea! but simply opening, inspecting, and putting back together, i see no issue with.
(i typed this as though i was the individual getting inspected, i was not, just stating my opinions as if i was.)

Someone changed the world as we like it for us. Gov. has kept us safe since then. We don't know how lucky we have it here, unless you lived elsewhere in the world.

bdstansel.. I am not disagreeing with you.
