Made a Rack

Handsome rack, clean and functional. i've always noticed if I buy rack that has any empty spaces, they soon fill up.

I did not. I drilled holes then cut the slot with the bandsaw and cleaned up the slots with a drum sander.

The stem slot 'spine' is my favourite part, there is only so far you can customise a pipe rack while keeping it functional, this is great!

I kept acquiring pipes with nowhere to keep them so I threw this together yesterday from some old hardwood drawer sides and copper I had lying around. Will probably add some cork to the holes soon. This should work…for now.View attachment 140208View attachment 140209

Always nice to get your hands on a nice rack. ?
Really like the configuration the pipes have on there. The rack does not take away from the pipes on display yet has independent appeal.
