Made a Freestyle Pipe

What a great achievement. Are you a pipemaker? the piece of PLS (small plateau) that you used seems to have a lovely full grain and it looks clean (free of flaws). I also like the bend you have put on the mouthpiece. This is all really difficult to achieve for someone who is not a pipemaker. Also the finish and the texture of the finish is very fine. The amount of hand tools, sanding & polishing accessories, and patience needed to create such a piece cannot be minimised.

Thank you very much Kenbarnes.

I just made 24 original pipes up until now and modified some other pipes.

I still didn't sell any of them (you can see majority of these here on the "Make Your Own Pipe Project" section)

cause I concentated my design on creative shapes that don't have an easy market. On the other hand that's the reason why I started to carve pipes: a way to actualize my creativity.

Thank you again for your appreciation.

I choose Nalu Nanu 'Ale: in these winter days it is cool to imagine the Hawaiian waves.
Very cool and laid back. Of course, if it gets hard to say or memorize, you can truly adapt another well known "Hawaiian" term of a very famous surfing spot - Pipeline. Seems extra fitting considering how the pipe seems to crest over itself creating the pipeline effect. :puffy:

You had me from the very first picture. I said to myself - "wow - I like where I think this is going." And yup. I like where you went with this. A fine pipe you should deservedly feel proud of. Nicely done!!!!
