They don’t taste the same to me at all. It may seem as a close profile, but HH has more depth, the cocoa notes are way more pronounced, the burley nuttiness is different and there’s a spicy quality that’s lacking on the amphora.

They are not on the opposite spectrum, but not the same either.

In my opinion, HHBF is very mellow burley to me. In reference I think a strong burley for me to be OJK. In the middle would be maybe HH ODF. Depending on how hydrated or hungry I am or if I am having a finger of rye or not these might change.

Love HH Burley Flake, but Wessex Burley Slices are more to my taste. It ages wonderfully.

Yeah, it does remind me of SWR, for the most part. That was at first smoke and afterward.

HH Burley Flake is in solid 2nd place for my favorite premium burley behind Wessex Burley Slice. I get a nutty like flavor and it's just overall very comforting. Love it.

Key Byron’s Morning Burley is also excellent.
