a while ago the rumor was that Stockton is just half of dark twist. Dark Twist has two types of coins in it. Which is pretty obvious when you smoke a pound or more of that wonderful stuff. I forget which coin it supposedly is.
Not having smoked Stockton I can't confirm but that rumor does sound plausible to me.
Either way if you haven't tried their regularly available coins, go for it because they're kind of awesome. One of the few blends I've been known to smoke exclusively for weeks at a time.
I had some Stockton in my cart for a while, but it sold out before I pulled the trigger. Hope I like the Dark Twist I got instead!

I’ve not tried Dark Twist, however, if it’s even close to Stockton… I’ll give a try. Thanks!!
They smell similar (I think they're both maple sugar cased), and in all honestly they taste pretty similar. In my tobacco log I wrote:

2024 version of a limited edition roll similar to Dark Twist but with all dark-fired instead of the mix of dark-center and light-centered "coins". It is very very similar to Dark Twist if you picked out only dark-center "coins", including a really faint maple flavor. Quite good, but kinda gimmicky for a "limited release".

Top is Dark Twist, bottom is Stockton
