Lyst System pipe

I’m wondering anyone here has ever owner or tried a Lyst pipe - like the one picture here. Thoughts?

Wow! I'd no idea. I mean, I don't know those artisan, at least I don't remember coming across them before. I wish I knew more about Lyst. There are some pretty inexpensive estate Lysts around.

Even Dunhill did a similar thing. I think they were called "Dri-Way".

The Dunhill is similar, but, the Dri-way has a small ceramic disc that creates the barrier between the two chambers, and is is some ways, like a Falcon.

Never heard of it before.
Walls look thin so probably hot on the fingers.
Can't tell much about the "system", so guess the only way to know if it's any good is to try one.

I admit to a concern about the wooden threads remaining viable and creating a good seal. I'd be interested in reviews
