LBF is some good stuff. I pop the Black Cavendish circle out and throw it away before smoking it.
Probably my favorite "no brainer" tobacco--i.e., if I have any lying around, it's what I reach for without the necessity of grueling, hand-wringing decision making about what to smoke. Why make life tough, I say.

I'm near finishing my supply which was well aged and nicely rubbed out and dry. I'm sure I'll reorder up the road, but I don't want it to suffer from comparison with this batch, and I have a lot of other blends to attend to. I'm also into a well-aged tin of McC's Dark Star, which would cost me a lot if I bought it now; I think I bought it originally for about $12. I'm grating it to make it burn well, which it does.
I reckon some of these solid bulk flakes would be all out of stock if they offered them in fancy tins...
Also late to the party here. Same assessment though...damn fine smoke. Hardly even have to think about it. I wish they were all this easygoing! I'd be a lot less like George Costanza while I'm smoking if that were the case.
Even if you don’t love LBF, put several pounds in the cellar. You will either adore it in 10 years or you’ll be able to trade it for good booty!

Love me some LBF, especially after a few years of aging in the jar. It's one of those, like 1Q, that satisfies the palate of the majority of fans of the style.
Definitely recommend putting a few years of age on it. Smooths it out.
