Lost Top To Zippo

Good evening fellow pipers. Somewhere along the way I lost the top piece to my zippo pipe lighter do any of you know where I could order that piece from? I looked on their website but didn't see anything. Thank you in advance.

they will fix some crazy stuff. Might be worth asking them if the warranty covers it?

You didn't notice the life=time warranty? Just send it to Zippo for repair/replacement.

Yes, I noticed the lifetime warranty, but I doubt that covers something that I lost. I'm happy to pay to replace that small metal piece on the top of the chimney

I had a friend find a nasty old zippo from decades ago in a river and they repaired it for him. So.....

They also take questions so you can such questions answered quickly and accurately. Give it a shot.

Is that a chimney top of pipe lighter you talking about? I sent them an email last month. Told them I lost it and asked them to send few. It took about a month, but came in fine. I requested under warranty from their website.

If they can't repair a problem they will replace the entire lighter at "no cost" for you. I sent them two lighters that I wanted pipe inserts for and didn't't cost me anything except for the cost of shipping. When they say "lifetime warranty" they mean to to the extreme.

Zippo actually means it. I assume the rest of that lighter has some sentimental value to you or is a special finish/model, as no-frills Zippos are still remarkably inexpensive.

Yeah, try getting in touch with them. Zippo is still one of the companies that honors their product with good service.

Question has been throughly answered but I lost mine few months ago called them and had one in my mailbox few weeks laterno questions asked other than my address

Zippo is not my favorite lighter but they gained a loyal customer.

I just seen the post is over a month old did you get your cap?

My top fell off as well. I’m thinking about silver soldering it permanently.
