Smoking gaslight in said Trevi now. It's squaty and heavy. Which I prefer for sitting at the end of the day

Savinelli 316 KS has a nice size bowl. The EX version is even wider. Great for English/balked blends.

A pot shape with a wide bowl does a nice job with a more complex Latakia blend, four or more tobaccos. Sav and Stanwell make good versions. If you can do Peterson, the B11 bent brandy in any of their series is a good shape, size and depth for Lat blends, and it's an accommodating sitter. I suspect Castello makes some good Lat pipes; I know Luciano does -- I have a blast straight billiard and an author, both good for Lat blends.

These two Sherlocks work great with Lats for me. They have large chambers:

I use the System 31 and System 317 to sample new Lat blends - smaller, greatly proportioned, very forgiving.

Generally for Lat blends and Aro's I look for a inside bowl diameter of at least .80 and prefer .85 and bigger.
This 320 for example is pretty nice and has a diameter of .94 and it's $120.

Or this 320 for $96 and a diameter of .93

Have u considered using a Austrian-Hungarian Latakia Pipe, a pipe build and designed for specifically this tobacco?

It has been brought to my attention that no such pipe actually exists and apparently I just made it up. How dissapointing.

Old Red. You can smoke it without their balsa filters and if I remember correctly some come with a replacement piece to fill that gap. I'm looking for a 320 myself.

Thanks fitzy, they seem to be a great pipe for the money.

Oh man me 2. There's talk that Jose will be canned if he loses tomorrow. I don't like to see anyone lose their job but that guy I would be happy to see it happen. It's crazy after every game he has some excuse about someone else costing them the game.
Yeah I think I'm going to buy this one:
