@folanator, I suspected I would like Sansepolcro and have a tin stashed away! What would you liken it to?
I popped a can about 2 years ago. It tasted young to me (at the time). Lots of spice. Not a lot of sugars to my taste. Some similarities to a sun grown cigar. I actually jarred it up and it's still sitting with 4 other cans. I'm going to let them stew for a couple of years to mellow out. I'm a va guy and a total wuss when it comes to strong tobaccos with a lot of bite.

If you like Pegasus, you owe it to yourself to try the number one American OTC classic, Carter Hall :puffy:

@sittingbear - Thanks for those recommendations.

@lawdawg - Carter Hall was one of the first blends I tried. I found it a bit too mild for my tastes and started mixing in Dark Fired Kentucky ready rubbed to give it a bit more strength. I did the same with Lane Limited ready rubbed when I picked some up as I found it too mild as well.

@virginialover - Thanks for the recommendations. I’ve never heard of Cimette di Mastro Tornabuoni. What is it like and where is it available? Thanks again!

It's Toscano cigars tobacco refuse for the pipe, a Dark Kentucky tobacco. Strong and rich flavors with strong nicotine content. It's made in Italy.
