Last time I was in Paul's they only had tins because they were an estate they got, but from what the shop attendant was saying they don't normally stock tins, only their own blends.
Maison Edwards is a nice place, but like you saw only carry Mac Baren. Last time I was in there the owner really down played the tins and pushed the bulk stuff pretty hard. Had nearly identical experience at Smokies Fine Cigars as well. Hill & Hill in Grosse Point only stock "their" bulk blends and claim it's the best stuff you'd ever smoke. The owners of these places are all very nice, but the more experience I get with the hobby, the more I can't help but feel a little miss lead.
I'll have the check out the B&M's listed above that are carrying GLP and C&D blends.
