I just acquired this cigar pipe for it's unique look. Turns out, it's quite the joy to smoke too! I was wondering if anyone had any information about it. Thanks in advance.

Hi, you have a (beautiful grained) Cigar-Pipe Sparkless II the 'Perfected', made from 1954 through 60's by Lorenzo for Mastercraft. The 'perfected' part is the nose, the vents. I've searched for years on that pat number stamp, the MU 3840 but found nothing more, even 30yr patent attorneys give blank stares. I'll post some other examples for the curious.
