Look what I found today!

I was going to post this in my "Whatcha' did today" string...

But, this is a bit different.
I cleaned out my barn today, got rid of some old Sh#t to make room for new Sh#t.
In a box that hasn't been opened since we moved into the house...

When I pulled the box out it said... "Games & Tobacco Jars".... 8O

So naturally I opened that sucker up...

We moved in on Dec. 23, 2000. That would make it circa 10 + years old...

In one of the jars is about a half pound of "Celtic Spirit" bulk...

I think its RLP-6.

It's dark, moist, and fluffy. No sugar crystals or mold.

It apparently didn't get too warm and didn't freeze either.

Tasting smoooooth and mild.

Made the day worth while.

I threw out a stuffed black cat Halloween decoration... :D

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to update y'all on the tobacco.

I called Skip at The Briary this morning to verify what it actually was.

He told me it is PS38 Highland Whiskey.

The only description I can find is this from Cup O' Joes:

"A blend of special light and dark tobaccos flavored with genuine Scotch Whiskey from the highlands of Scotland."

Edit: To address the amphora shaped jar itself. I think I may purchased them from Skip 20-some-odd years ago. I had two at one time, one of my daughters knocked it off of my desk and it broke a while back. I also found a tallish square one with the PS-38. It had a couple of bowls of 1Q in it. I had wondered where they were after we moved into this house... But, I suppose I just gave up trying to find them... After all it has been 10 years and it had completely slipped my mind.

At least it was a case of misplaced and stored in the wrong spot.
When my parents moved us from Ohio to Georgia, we had to put most of our belongings in storage until my parents could find and afford a place of our own. We stayed with my grandparents until then. Well, two weeks after we moved here, our storage unit was broken into. We lost a lot of stuff, but they vandalized more than they took. I still think periodically of some of the things that were taken.

That's like finding money in your winter coat one year later because you decided to stumble home from a bar late last spring during a cold spell and you put your coat away wasted and didnt forgot how any of it went down.

Did you happen to find my large roll of money? I think I put it in one of your jars, too. It was aproximately 4 inches in diameter, mostly made up of large bills. Its been so long ago there may be also be some $10s and $20s in the cash stash as well. I don't remember exactly, but I'll take it off your hands now. :rofl:
