The spreadsheet is nice because the name, type of tobacco, date cellared and quantity are all recorded. I can easily add new purchases or subtract tobacco as I use it. Also I have a running calculation of how long my hoard will last under my current consumption rate which lets me know how much more I need to purchase.

I know, I'm a total geek!

I track my stash on a large Google spreadsheet. I like the ability to add or subtract columns as needed.
Good on those of you using Google. It is free and lives in the cloud so it is probably more secure than most local machines.
