Lion's Head Pipes ??

Anyone have any history for Lion's Head pipes? Years of manufacturer? I know they are listed as a Comoy's Second, but information seems to be scarce. I have a Lion's Head 441 8-panel that is a great smoker. Especially for Boston Slices. Just asking so that I get schooled and get some more knowledge. Thanks.

Sadly, there is almost no written record of the 2nd line pipes. (really from any manufacturer).
Here's the Comoy's 441.
If you can show a picture of the COM mark on your pipe, that would be helpful in assigning it to an era.
