Hi I am from Kansas. I am a new pipe smoker ... or newish. I bought six Carolina gent corn cob pipes and I own one other cob that is very similar to the Carolina gent but has a acorn shaped bottom and a black stem. I smoke everything right now. I am trying to find what I like. So far I like Lane Limited Crown Achievement (a gift), Peter Stokkebye Luxury Bulls Eye Flake, Sutliff Queen Anne's Revenge, Sutliff Vanilla Custard and Prince Albert. I smoke Prince Albert every morning with a cup of coffee. I am still new and am learning how to avoid the dreaded tongue bite. I am getting there. I am looking forward to leaning more about this magnificent form of tobacco smoking. Cheers to all.

Welcome from Michigan! If you’re near Kansas City than you’ll be in for a treat.

That’s impressive that you already have 7 pipes as a new pipe smoker. Are you dedicating blends to each one or do you just have one for each day?

I smoke twice a day (some times three times a day when time permits. I let my pipes rest for 24 hours. And I clean them every time I smoke them. I do not have a dedicated pipe to a certain blend. But I am giving it a lot of consideration for the latakia blends. I am a all in kind of person thus the 7 pipes (and it get me in trouble some time). I have been smoking for a few months. And so for am enjoying immensely. Thanks for the welcome. Cheers friend.

Warm greetings from the now rainy Central CA Pacific Coast!

I always enjoy watching the Jayhawks, and sorry to see they're out of the March Maddening.
