watch all the videos on the first page, read all 50 proofs on the RH side and discover rational thinking and reverse the ridiculous brainwashing you received as a child.

There is nothing more rational than looking in the mirror and deciding you and the mirror both appeared out of the ether (at least according to Stephen Hawking). Considering forum rules I'll refrain from entering a religious and philosophical debate here, but greater minds than ours have fallen on both sides of the fence when it comes to the existence of God.
Whether you choose to believe in God or not is up to you. However, suggesting I'm irrational for believing in God tells me you've accepted one form of "brainwashing" for another. The question of God's existence is not so easily answered as that. Examine the evidence and make your own decision, but please don't classify my belief as stupid because I don't think what you think.

I've been petitioning Kevin and the other Moderators for the past 4 years to ban all religious and political threads. This would be a much better place. Everyone thinks they are right, and all others are wrong. SSDY
I at least now know that I'm not going to this imaginary place called Purgatory, which my Priest could never give an answer for. Which sins do you go there for, and for how long? He had no idea and no one else does either. Just like Pope John Paul said," The concept of Hell has served the church well through the years, but now it is time to put it to rest".

Hobie: Apart from the usual wise-ass comments that could be expected in a thread like this one, yours was over the top. Your reply to the OP was uncalled for, rude, and effectively hijacked what might otherwise have been a reasonably benign thread. I think the practice is referred to as trolling.
