Tommy, here's another thing to try: Once you find a blend you really like, look for someone on tobaccoreviews.com that seems to know what they are really talking about and who caputures in words your same experiance with that blend. Then look at that poster's other reviews to see if they have smoked anything else that you have. See if they liked or disliked the same tobacco as you and how they describe the same positives and negatives that you had. It's not full proof by any means but it's fun and you will add up a large order list that you can feel that your not just shooting in the dark.

@pstlpkr, I posted a brief review of Prairie Wind on the 4noggins site. I wouldn't call it "grassy"; but I'll need another bowl in order to focus and comment on the Va's. When I smoke this stuff I'm usually lost in its plummy taste.
