When I want a butane lighter I'll use my Old Boy, or Bic EZ Reach, or a Ligne 2, or ... you get the idea. Don't see how comments about zippo butane inserts have anything to do with the topic of this thread.

If you have another container transfer the fluid to that one. Then after drying out the old container you can try using the butane on the old container. But you better be sure you have removed any fluid from the container. Would be best if you just followed the suggestion given by @RustiePyles CPG.
Fiddling with the angle for the white spigot shows promise, the first attempt worked well. If not I'll transfer the contents to a hair dye bottle, whereupon the old container will be consigned to the trash.
my favorite dumb dumb begs the question how the hell has this idiot lived this long(?) video, is the video from a trap car. The meth head that stole the trap car is trying to fix his pistol (literal not euphemism) and after every single attempt to fix the thing looks down the barrel and pulls the trigger. The best part is his frustration that thing isn't working.
