I have a large Canadian with that exact same tenon and stinger design, its simply labeled "Canadian" Made in France, and a shape number underneath, single white dot on the stem iirc. A well smoked estate that I haven't cleaned up yet.
BRUYERduMAROC means Moroccan Briar.

That's the classic foursquare billiard panel design, and a mighty nice one at that. Be sure to save the stinger if you don't use it. Tape a tag to it to identify it, I'd say. Makes me wonder if it is knocking off the Dunhill inner tube or if this could be a second, an actual second, not a Dunhill owned sub-brand. Someone on Forums will likely know, or be able to suggest source references.

I wonder which maker first made panels, Dunhill, Comoy, this maker? I came late to a love of panels, but now they always get my attention. The design is simple and basic, even with the breaking of the square at the sides and top, but supremely symmetrical; and then the square shank and stem, appealing as the bowl. So conservative, perhaps the most classic of the classic shapes.
