Today the postman brought me this, sent it to me @mkelaw , from Fine Estate Pipes - https://mkelaw-pipes.com/

it is an old "dream" a Larry Roush, for the eapñoles it is really complicated to get pipes from many American artisans, but sometimes fortune helps.

taking advantage of the shipment I also brought home this magnificent Nate King, since I have some of Nate's pipes, I can't stop thinking about how magically made they are and how well they smoke and are enjoyed.

The attention, service, kindness and communication of Dave (@mkelaw )are the best you can find, a magnificent person at the head of one of the best online stores for pipes, no doubt I will continue to buy their pipes and I can not stop recommending it.

thank you very much Dave for your great treatment and kindness and for making it possible for these pipes to be in my collection.

I don't care much for Roush but Nate King is the cat's meow. I think his steam punk pipes are just amazing. I wish he make more of them but its a tough item to sell. He a multiple winner in the KC Pipe Carving contest.

It is a matter of taste of each one, not long ago I discovered Nate, a few years away from the forums for work, this is the third pipe that I will have from him and every time I am receiving a commissioned pipe, I tell him to put me on his list for the next one.

About Roush, he is a craftsman of the American classics, difficult to get his pipes in Spain (like Cooke, for example) for many years I was chasing one, on ebay I never had luck, but this time I did not think about it and decided to go for it ... I am very happy that it is in my collection.

You are not helping my PAD at all @Gus -just made the mistake of heading over to mkelaw myself & now I have two new pipes winging their way to me. Oooops!

& I'd absolutely echo what you said about Dave. Super-helpful!

Very nice pipes. As you said, very difficult to get in Spain.
My 21st wedding anniversary is this Thursday. Maybe I'll smoke a new pipe to celebrate. . Only have one right now (although 4 could be here in time :)) A very nice Castello collection Lumberman. May be it will mark this sad anniversary with travel restricted.

The downward slope of the Roush shank/stem recall Castello, yet his is yet more severe, stylistically subtractive, juxtaposed with the massive bowl made bigger in a sense by the rough rustication.

A showstopper. Enjoy!

Coincidence of life, it is also my 15th wedding anniversary this Thursday. I will be breaking a pipe for the first time. Maybe this Nate...
