From Pipedia:
"Since the late 1800’s, this third generation pipe making family has been carving excellent quality pipes for very reasonable prices. Considered one of Italy's best selling lines, La Rocca has many styles, shapes, and finishes from which to choose. Today the company is headed by Fabio La Rocca. "
Sounds promising. Haven't found any information on whether it's chambered for filters. If you don't mind one that is, the Savinelli Duca Carlo is a good choice for $41. I've become attached to mine.
Looks like PAD might be striking. If so, you may want to try a pipe that's not made for filters if all you've been using is a cob, Grabow, or something similar. It isn't a must, but worth considering.
