A well-made curry is a work of art. I have been tweaking and tuning a few versions of various curries for the past 5-6 years. This Lamb Vindaloo looks absolutely fantastic!
Looks like you left all the seeds in the peppers. That should carry some heat. I love a good Vindaloo, but Lamb Biryani is my favorite.
I love Indian food and lamb and goat curries are some of my favorites. That looks sensational. I've always been intimidated away from trying to make Indian foods at home.

It's not difficult, but it can be labor intensive. The results are worth it.
Yum! Vindaloo is a great dish for moose as well, we make it all the time.
Unfortunately I don't care much for lamb but I bet this would be great for veal.
