Well, antibiotics seem a good resort to me, as for the sleep I may have stumbled across a possible help for you. This actually came to me from a druggie friend (great resource sometimes haha) one of his 'tricks' if to mix Tylenol with everything, he swears that it ups the ante so to speak of everything. I tried it laste night, I took NyQuil and three Tylenol. Man it knocked me out something fierce. I slept for 13 hours. I have been trying to sleep for a long time. As far as I see, you have nothing to lose, so give it a try.

Strong earl Grey tea with honey, large scotch/bourbon, some paracetamol or acetaminophen ... Knocks me out every time. But I'm a wimp with meds coz' I never take them. And apparently meds with alcohol is not recommended so do at your own risk ;-)

Mixing meds. is not recommended. Sometimes it will have the opposite effect. NyQuill by itself will probably make you drowsy. If not, try adding one or two Gravol(make sure it is the Drowsy brand) along with your NyQuill. It's safe and effective.

Well if you live in one of the 15 states this is legal in? A piece of chocolate, HOT HOT shower, and a shot of Ny Quil on the way to bed. You may have some freaky dreams but you will sleep for at least 10 hours. Prep the coffee the night before and you are golden!

Lol buster I am smack dab in the middle of the bible belt. Indiana just launched a study to investagate the pros of legalizing cannabis. All though I dont think they will because they make way too much money off it!

A routine before bed. I work nights, so getting enough sleep is always a challenge. A routine of tasks(shower, shave, brush your teeth, check pipesmagazine.com forums, etc, etc) before you lay down "tells" your body that it's going to be time to sleep soon. It works.

I used to drink hard liquor to help me fall alseep, but I gave that up when I met my girlfriend. However, the nicotine in a couple of bowls of good pipe tobacco along with a couple of beers at night time is the ticket for me. If its been a particularly stressful day, Ill have a couple of toots of snuff for good measure. Something else that I have found that works really well is a couple of benadryl taken with a glass of milk.
