La Civette 'The Pearl' ecume - maker???

I know this is meer lined and that La Civette is a smoke shop (now in Paris, but my pipe is marked "Dijon"). It has a gold half-moon insignia on the side of the stem and the shank is marked, "The Pearl ECUME" on one side and "La Civette Dijon" on the other with the number 610. It's a large billiard, smooth briar. What I'd REALLY like to know is, who made this pipe? I can't find anything online. I don't have a photo with me to upload, but I'll try to get to that. I thought maybe you meerschaum folks would know something about it...? Thx.
