Knute repair

Good day Gentlemen. I recently acquired a few pipes from my late father in law's collection. One of them is a Knute pipe from Denmark. Is there any way to source parts for these pipes? Amongst a bunch of really nice Peterson's was a parts bag and this Knute and a few stems were in it. I assume this is the correct stem but I'm missing the sleeve or tenon (sorry if I'm mislabeling the part, I'm a pipe newbie). Can anyone point me in the correct direction so I can get this beautiful pipe smoking again? Cheers!

The stem you have there is for a meerschaum. You’ll have to have a new stem made for the Knute by a repairman.

That’s definitely not the right stem. It needs one of the Danish style friction fit stems which would need to be properly fitted. Where are you in Canada?

I rarely like the plateau on a pipe (that bumpy rough bit that's the top of the burl they carve pipes from). Like it on that beast.

You will have to post the stummel to Copenhagen though.

You could try a replacement stem for a Nording free hand, they sell them on smoking pipes.com. looks like they might fit.
