I personally love the Bosi. The colors of all the different parts work together well and are aesthetically pleasing to me.

Not a big fan of the pencil thin pipe, but considering peck's condition( his wife told me), it is a perfect match.lol
It is pencil thin but very long and hard. In any event, I prefer my condition to yours - after all, you can't shoot pool with a rope.
lol, tying it around my ankle can be bothersome.
Apparently, Thursday night is now Amateur Night at Pipes Magazine, which in this case is a pun that works on many different levels. Read into it what you will.

Both the Bosi and the Becker are outstanding, I have one of Fritz Becker's pencil shanks and it is a sweet pipe but that Bosi is amazing, great score, you have impeccable taste.

I hadn't been familiar with Kirk Bosi's pipes until I saw a listing on eBay for a boxed set of unsmoked Signature Grade pipes, which were his higher grade. After researching his work and learning that his engineering and craftsmanship is excellent, I placed a bid and won at a surprisingly low price. Saturday morning bargain. I'm collecting pipes made by members of my pipe club, CPCC. So far I have an Alex Florov, a Kevin Arthur, and now two Kirk Bosi pipes. Unfortunately, I've never seen any of these fellows at one of our meetings, but I understand that Alex does come from time to time. He lives a good distance from our meeting site.
I listened to an old interview of Kirk by Olie Sylvester on his OomPaul podcast. You can definitely hear he's from southside Chicago and sounds like a really nice, down to earth guy.

Glad I didn't see that set on ebay, Craig. I would have been very sorely tempted to jump into the fray. I sold my only Bosi a few years ago and really regret it!
