There's a few for sale on ebay. Apparently, believed to be American made of imported briars. No sellers seem to be able to find info on the brand though. Good Luck.
I know I have seen Kilroy pipes linked to Weber pipes on ebay. But that doesn't mean much. But below is a current listing from Tim West for an unsmoked Kilroy. The stinger shown in the listing is absolutely the one used by Weber. I have unsmoked Weber pipes, Weber stems, and many Weber pipes that have that specific stinger. I think I have seen it in some of their advertising as well. So I am quite confident in saying that it is a Weber made pipe.

The pipe has been cleaned & polished by Tim West Pipe Repairs and is ready to enjoy. Fill as you would normally do, Light and then Tamp the Middle before lighting the edges again to build a cake easily and evenly.

That's a English plug from Skinners...he's a FB gentleman I know. He's ramping up his production soon, but it's very small batch right now.
It looks fantastic. Great to see people doing their own tobacco blending, let alone plugs.
