Was looking to try out a Lakelands tobacco, and was wondering which of these two would be the better choice.

If memory serves me right kendal cream is a very nice smoke. Flavorful without being over powering with casing, but still a light hint of aromatic aroma and taste with quality tobaccos. Should be a fine introduction

I’m just getting started smoking Lakeland blends. I haven’t tried the Kendal creme one, but I do like Kendal Flake. And so far I’m enjoying dark rich honeydew.

Have yet to try either. My first intro to the style was glengarry then Grasmere. I have some ennerdale on the way. Try the, both and let us know what you think

Kendal cream is an easy way in to Lakeland’s and is where I would start. It’s not very popular so it’s a bit easier to find. The tobacco base is excellent, it’s full flavored, rich and creamy but not overly strong. It feels like it’s a much more potent blend then it is. If you like it, you will probably be happy with Sam’s Flake (milder) or 1792 (stronger).

The good news is that you can't lose. Both are good entry points. The quick and dirty is that KCF is a little more accessible, and really does have a creamy quality, but KF has more depth and complexity. I'd go with Kendal Flake.
