I didn't get what I ordered and have sent them 2 messages with no response........

I’d say stay with it. He’s usually overwhelmingly responsive, to the point that I have had a replacement on its way within minutes of even sending the email before. If he hasn’t answered you, he probably has something going on but will more than likely reply soon.

If you haven't already, check your spam folder. I had a number of responses from them go to spam before I added the email addresses to my safe list.

I agree with @BarrelProof and @dochowl, give it a little time. He's usually pretty quick with responding with such inquiries, but he also works a "regular" job and every time there's a new drop he's got a bunch of orders to ship out so he can have trouble getting to it right away. And I've definitely had responses go to my spam folder as well.
