Keep It or Toss it?

Are you worried about the appearance, the smoke or that toxicity. The appearance is in the eye of the beholder, the smoke in the mouth of the smoker and the Minwax not really a problem if you have allowed it to dry out completely and buffed it out with carnauba wax. I have treated a number of pipes with Minwax and have not suffered any adverse reactions; nor do I anticipate doing so.

That's nice. That handmade look definitely sets it apart from the perfectly machine mangled pipes out there, which I always feel kinda goes against the idea of rustication. This one looks rustic. I like it.
