Seems like pipe brands could have a revenue stream in selling logo inlays and decals as well as stems for some of their previous production, but maybe handling inventory on small items is just too expensive in itself. I assume if anyone other than the manufacturer made a profit making and selling these, they'd get hit with licensing fees or infringement of trademark.

Nice collection. I've done a few logo transplants. They seem to be a uniform fit if they're from the same era. Soak the donor in alcohol over night and pop it out with an exacto knife. Good luck getting one. An ebay beater might be your best bet. I looked through my fixer pile. I have a few KW's but nothing with the two piece round insert.
