I'm not much of an aro smoker, but that Pete sr 2012 is really enjoyable. It's rich and creamy with a heavy mouth feel. Needs no dry time, but I tend to smoke it in a shallow bowl as the topping seems to burn off rather quickly and the underlying tobacco isn't great. I enjoy it after dinner with coffee or scotch. I liked it so much I ordered 4 more tins.

Well I have vanilla cream and it will bite unless you sip. But it is good and smells great I ordered the special reserve should be here sometime soonish

The vanilla cream....it is subtle. For me its more cream then a heavy vanilla casing. The vanilla is in there but it doesnt jump out and smash you in the head IMO. I think its a nice gentle smoke with very little after taste.
I rubbed mine out, but plan on folding it next time. Its not something I would want to smoke everyday but every now and then I like to grab it and a cup of coffee or bourbon and just chill.
Sometimes I get a weird taste craving for vanilla.

ribbon cut? what exactly is ribbon cut? i hear it referred to often? is that whats considered the typical tobacco form? i know flake. and i'll send you some nutty cut SJ when i get it. PM me. maybe you got something i'd like to try?

Yeah ribbion cut is what normal cut tobacco looks like. Iv never had the nutty cut let me know what it tastes like. For example ribbion cut is what dunhill nightcap looks like

Have you tried Peterson Irish whiskey. It's pretty good not a flake though
