i made a post about when i bought this, and now i have it.if you read the previous post then you know all the information im about to give. i bought it and it came with two pipes, an old cob and a bent bulldog.well before the seller shiped it out, she said she found a third pipe, and packed it with my order. needless to say that was pretty awesome. its just an old medico, nothing special. but the pipes werent the deciding factor in my purchase, the rack was so i happy with what i got.heres some pictures

There are different methods, I buff mine using a buffer and tripoli which is a buffing compound, some people use magic erasers that you can buy at the grocery store, Walker Briar Works sells a pipe stem cleaning kit that you do by hand, Others here will also give you some more good information. :puffpipe:

Those magic erasers are fantastic for everything, especially for restoring normal untanned leather. I get mine from a chinese guy on ebay who sells x 30 for $10 delivered. They are the best thing ever invented for cleaning the inside & outside of glass fish tanks, algae comes off with on easy swipe.

Great pipe rack.
Personally I don't think I'd buy or smoke an estate cob. They're so cheap, why bother? Plus I've never had a cob that lasted more than a year before it soured, so rather than buying something "broken in" it seems like you bought something "broken down".
Just my opinion. I hope it works out for you.
