A few years ago I had customers come into the bookstore where I worked on a quiet Sunday and got to talking. They were from Scotland.
'What part?'

'One of the islands.'

'Islay?'

'You even pronounced it right!'
We got to talking for a long time and an hour later I had an invite to stay with them should I ever be in the area. A distillery tour of Islay sounds about amazing to me. Hope you get to hit Talisker at least while you're on Skye.
