Just Because It Appeals To Me!

Like the title says for some reason this pipe appeals to me! I got it in a lot off eBay and I liked it. I doubt it's valuable and can't find anything on the maker. It's marked Phil 582 if that helps.
It wasn't too bad, I soaked overnight in cotton balls and alcohol. The stem was a pain to clean so I left a pipe cleaner soaked in alcohol in it and after a bit a bristled cleaner scrubbed it out.
There was a 1/4 inch of bowl under the draft hole so it got filled with pipe mud.
I used alcohol to scrub the crud off the bowl and polished with carnauba wax on a buffing wheel and there ya go! It still appeals to me, but I hope it's a good smoke!

Sometimes one is moved simply by the look of a pipe. That’s a good reason to buy it.
