The automotive repair industry is shrinking daily. Fortunately ive been with a quality shop since I was 19. I did some college, but I grew up around cars so I didn't need much help. I hope the best though, i can see bad feelings on peoples faces.

I don't envy this generation as the dynamics of working at one place for life just are not the same.

So true ... the longest I've stayed in one job is two years
