I bought this a long while back with the express intent of stripping it and trying my hand at a contrast stain on it. It was a pretty nice pipe to begin with but it was a rather muted yellow color (looked worse in person). I call it a refurb as opposed to a restoration as the pipe had no major issues to begin with.
